Now, after all of this time, she is reinventing her company!

Karen enthusiastically welcomes Darin Dolce, from Golden Coast Development Group. Darin Dolce began building single—family, commercial, residential income, and condos in Colorado, and, after relocating, has continued to develop properties within Culver City, Pacific Palisades, and throughout the Westside. Praised for his creativity, his properties are beautifulIy—designed with high-quality finishes, innovative floor plans, and congruous with the existing neighborhood homes and designs.
